Mandarin Bar at the Mandarin Oriental

Pretty much everything about the Mandarin Oriental hotel oozes chic – & nothing more so than the Mandarin Bar, an illuminated spot filled with leather armchairs, silk furnishings, frosted glass & (most of the time) beautiful people. Cocktails are the thing to go for, ranging from classic mojitos (served in gorgeous bulbous glasses) to house concoctions such as the Original Cin (Cognac, apple juice & raspberry with a splash of cinnamon syrup). There’s a fine spirit selection, while bar snacks include dim sum, soft-shell crab tempura & club sandwiches.
