Square Meal review of La Mancha:
La Mancha is the perfect bolthole to meet friends, drain beers, uncork wines & unwind bodies. Though the old-school, Spanish-style fare encompasses the likes of sirloin steak with peppercorn sauce & breast of duck with honey & port sauce, you’d do better to stick to the predictable paellas & tapas. Jamon serrano, chorizo, patatas bravas, calamari & garlicky prawns are particularly recommended. With its long bar & deep recesses behind, La Mancha is big enough to accommodate loads of people. By the end of the week, however, you still need to be there early to grab a table.
