Square Meal review of K-10:

We’re fans of the K-10 concept of sending a more than averagely sophisticated selection of Japanese dishes to circulate on a kaiten conveyor belt in futuristic subterranean surroundings. So it’s sad to report a below-par experience on a recent visit, with service that had an end-of-the-lunch-hour testiness & cooked items that continued to circulate until they were cold, including tempura prawns that might have been excellent, had they been hot. Against this, the swordfish with caramelised lime was as good as ever & the sushi we tried were all well made & interesting, which suggests that a touch on the management tiller is all that should be required to get things spinning nicely again.
