Continuing to draw fans despite an unprepossessing frontage in the shade of Holborn Viaduct, this cosy local curry house serves good food at decent prices. All the usual favourites are here but it’s also worth experimenting with more unusual seafood options – succulent Madras prawns, perhaps – & the very tasty side dishes. Don’t miss the mango lassi either. Service is friendly & attentive in the best Indian tradition.
