Part of the Hakkasan stable, Busaba Eathai adopts a sophisticated approach to Thai canteen eating. Diners share square, dark wood tables in low-lit minimal surrounds & feast on traditional soups, stir-fries & curries, as well as having the option of deliciously unusual side dishes such as Thai calamari with ginger caramelised prawns in betel leaves. Though you might have to queue, the high-quality, good-value food makes it well worth the wait.
