This cute little pub is hidden down a Chelsea back street & fosters a garrulous ambience against a backdrop of mismatched furniture, famous quotes chalked up on blackboards & bold pieces of art. Food is classic pub grub, reliably executed: think bangers & mash with onion jam, rib-eye steak bearnaise, plus the odd more adventurous offering of braised baby chicken with coconut dressing & cucumber, chilli & mint salad. There’s a well-rounded & reasonably priced wine list to wash it all down & a collection of board games is on hand should conversation run low.
