Set in a 1960s modernist space, this weekends-only late-night club bar is flanked by turquoise seating and also boasts its own unique wallpaper – spectacular east-west vistas of London glittering, 31 floors below. Also worth a look is the dressy assortment of high-octane eye-candy partying on a darkly lit dance floor. Cocktails include redemption (Bombay Sapphire gin, Aperol, limoncello and blood-orange juice) and 31st century (Grey Goose vodka, white chocolate and lemongrass charged with Champagne). House fizz, (Billecart-Salmon) costs £12 a flute, while pricier picks include Perrier-Jouët Belle Époque rosé at £265 – a sum that also secures a classy 2004 Corton Charlemagne (with a couple of beef sliders thrown in as snacks). Entrance is free to members (£150 pa), but joining the guest list (£20) or making a table reservation (from £300 total spend), will allow other high-life wannabes to join them.
