Modern and clean, the dining room is simply decorated with white walls and wooden carvings, but the main drawcard at the Everest Inn is the Indian/Nepalese cuisine. Created by head chef Shankar Panday, the extensive menu is filled with original and intruiguing curries alongside all of your old favourites. The Everest Inn thrives because of its friendly service, and the atmosphere here is relaxed and lively. Don't miss the chicken Nepal – barbecued chicken with slices of mango; and the machha special – marinated fish cooked with crushed mustard, tamarind, garlic, ginger and coriander.
