Society Restaurant & Bar at the Hilton Olympia

Situated just a stroll from the London Olympia Arena, the Society Restaurant at the Hilton has received a bushy-tailed refit & is now an enticing, warm & convivial space for a client lunch, an informal family catch-up or a full-dress dinner. The cooking has a strong British slant, but the kitchen also knows how to satisfy the traditionalists: on the one hand, it deals in the likes of cucumber & Rosary goats’ cheese terrine with smoked beetroot & herb salad; on the other, it peddles gammon steaks & lamb hotpot. In between, expect a mixed bag of influences & ideas including pea & ham soup with roasted smoked haddock, pot-roast chicken leg with Chantenay carrots & sautéed wild mushrooms, mixed grills, & desserts such as warm vanilla rice pudding with a rhubarb jam doughnut.
