As you’d expect from the ‘egg master of Sydney’, breakfast features masses of boiled & scrambled delights alongside ‘the full Aussie’, sweetcorn fritters, ricotta hotcakes & other favourites from down under. Come midday, the kitchen adds a raft of pasta & rice dishes plus jazzy salads & mains such as fragrant fish curry with cucumber relish or sirloin steak with herb-crusted chips, while the evening menu (post-5pm) brings even more possibilities – think semolina-crusted calamari, chill pork ribs or spatchcock chicken with grapefruit & pistachio salad.
