A recent addition to increasingly foodie Fulham Broadway, this all-day Italian caffè/restaurant sets out its unpretentious stall with spoonfuls of laid-back charm & an easy, Mediterranean-themed menu. Take breakfast or brunch outside & dig into an Italy-meets-England bonanza of eggs with prosciutto, three cheeses, mushrooms, butter beans & cherry tomatoes, or drop by for lunch – sliced ciabattas with various deli fillings, plus a long list of good-value salads. Dinner won’t burn a hole in your pocket either, so start with a board of salami, move on to some pasta or vicentina (a regional dish of cod with golden roast potatoes & grilled vegetables) & wrap things up with profiteroles or chocolate fudge cake. Service is sweet, & the deli-with-tables arrangement is agreeably relaxed & amiable.
