Stylishly & luxuriously decorated by Shaun Clarkson (who designed the interiors of Liquid Nation & Drapers Arms), the bar offers straight Champagnes, including Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut NV (the house pour, available by the glass), as well as more extravagant options, such as rare find Belle Epoque Blanc de Blanc. Scrummy Champagne cocktails tend towards the girly – try the flower of Champagne, a mixture of rose vodka, Lillet & Champagne, finished with a rose petal.
