An Enomatic system ensures that more than 100 wines are kept in peak condition: check the handy, pocket-sized tasting cards for food-pairing ideas & order a 50p ‘taster’ before committing to a glass or bottle. Corkage is waived, so goodies such as Puglian Primitivo are a steal – although knowledgeable staff might also steer you towards bottles of juicy Jurançon sec or fabulously fleshy Pouilly Fumé at irresistible prices.
