Long marble counters, silver diner-style booths, tasteful blooms & mirrors aplenty typify the space, while the open kitchen dispatches dishes ranging from salads, sushi & superfoods – all designed to assuage Knightsbridge weightwatchers – to antipasti platters, square pizzas & rich chocolate brownies (aimed at shoppers who aren’t worried about the calories). Breakfast brings a similar blend of the healthy & the hearty, while a smattering of wines & fizz are available for liquid lunchers who aren’t detoxing between bouts of retail therapy. Grumbles over high prices & slow service have been reported, although Absolute Taste fits the bill as an agreeable spot for some down time.
