This chilled-out all-day venue has only been around since 2010, but has quickly established itself as a fixture on Exmouth Market, as well as selling its own-roasted coffee to top restaurants around town. It’s pitched as a kicking café, restaurant and bar with an Antipodean vibe, and the menu reflects London’s enthusiasm for the bright flavours of Asia, the Middle East and the Med in dazzling combinations – in other words, fusion. Small and large plates are offered, and sharing encouraged. Dig into a squid pancake with Japanese brown sauce and seaweed salt, sweetcorn with teriyaki butter or Arabica oxtail with crème-fraîche polenta. At breakfast, make it banana caramel porridge or a Caravan fry-up. And the espresso martinis are ‘amazing’.
