Here you’ll find salt fish fritters & jerk chicken burgers jiving happily alongside asparagus risotto, Singapore laksa soup, Thai pumpkin curry & sesame-crusted tuna salad with pickled ginger – not to mention grilled rib-eye steaks with chips, flourless chocolate cake & Sunday roasts.
