Down-home drinkin’ is what it’s all about, & boards behind the bar proudly list more than 50 US bourbons, from ‘sweet & simplistic’ Wild Turkey to Moon Shine Corn Whiskey (‘drink it from the jug’). Cool down with a mint julep, sharpen up with a Manhattan or plunder the fridge for frosted bottles from top American microbreweries: Sam Adams from Boston, Anchor Porter from San Francisco or Chicago’s Goose Island IPA.
