Obika

A second branch of mozzarella bar Obika recently opened just off Trafalgar Square. The idea is that diners select their chosen mozzarella, be it buffalo, smoked or burrata (the creamy version typical of Puglia) & then team it with accompaniments including wild smoked salmon salad or a range of charcuterie. There are also hot dishes such as grilled aubergine parmigiana. Like its Selfridges sibling, the look is modern, making good use of glass, wood & iron in the interiors, & there’s a to-go option too.
