I went with 3 friends for sunday lunch, it was dreadfull. For my main i had lamb with tongue and olives, in nouvelle cuisine sizes, and it was tasty, but nothing amazing for 22 quid – this was the high point. We ate at the York and Albany last night. Whatever happens, don't accept a table downstairs. It's roasting hot, cramped and claustrophobic. We cut short our dinner to return to the upstairs bar. Why can't they efficiently air-condition the below-stairs Hades?
