Heavenly Desserts has spread its wings to Walthamstow where it's serving up a tempting range of luxury creations to lovers of dessert. Located a few minutes' walk from Walthamstow Central station, this east London branch is one of four outlets in the capital, and another addition to the brand’s 30+ strong line-up of cafes across the UK. The brains behind the entreprise are business partners Mohammad Imran and Yousif Aslam who launched the company back in 2008 and have never looked back. The concept is based purely around dessert and sweet treats, giving customers the chance to indulge in a huge range of expertly-crafted sweets in a dedicated restaurant space.
The interiors at Heavenly Desserts Walthamstow are just as boujie as the desserts themselves. Boasting a pastel pink colour palette and pretty rose installations on the walls, plus luxe gold finishes and soft-toned booth seats, the glamorous set-up sets the tone for plenty of indulgence.
Indeed, the menu reads like a hymn sheet to all things sweet! Alongside a host of signature creations, guests can also expect to sample cheesecake, waffles, pancakes, cookie dough, mochi, custard, sundaes and more. Why not give one its signature ‘croffles’ a go, which are a croissant-waffle hybrid and available in flavours such as ruby chocolate and raspberry and dark chocolate and pistachio.
Drinks are just as part of the equation, too. Opt for a bananalicious, cookie blast or lotus biscoff milkshake, for example, or discover a host of iced drinks, smoothies, teas and coffees. If you’re toasting an occasion, go ahead and order one of its fruity cocktails, such as a passion fruit martini or yuzu and apple mojito. There certainly isn’t a shortage of choice!
