I would like to express my extreme disappointment in this venue we booked 2 months prior to the event for 13 people for a 30th birthday in the Camden branch to receive a voicemail 3 days prior to the event to inform us that they were moving our booking to the shoreditch branch with no explanation why we then later that evening we received a confirmation email stating that our booking had been moved to the shoreditch branch and then the following day we received and email to inform us that our booking had been cancelled and a refund was made we couldn’t get hold of anyone until the day before the event to be told that they had not moved our booking to shoreditch and had cancelled the booking they told us there were never any spaces in shoreditch and that they confirmed this in email incorrectly we weren't offered any alternative solution the person we spoke to laughed at us we have been extremely let down by the venue and will not be booking or advising anyone else to book any future events.
