Down in the luxurious 'cave', you'll find richly-hued sinkable booths and plenty of sultry corners perfect for date night or catching up with friends. There's a party atmosphere here with live DJs and late-night closing, so don't be shy and feel free to dress up - maybe you'll even shake a tail feather!
We recommend booking ahead as the size of your party will depend on where you sit, for example, intimate tables can be found in the caves while larger groups will be more comfortable in the spacious bar area. Or, if you're looking for a special spot to host an event, why not take over the entire place which has capacity for 85 people.
Concoctions boasts a select signature cocktail menu put together by the expert team. Over on the drinks list, there's a selection of sparkling, rose, white and red wines, as well as some spirits and softs. Moving onto food, the menu follows a typical Italian format starting with sharing plates like fried aubergine balls with tomato sauce and parmesan, alongside burrata and beef tartare with egg yolk and house dressing. There are lots of mains to choose from like grilled octopus with sauteed potatoes, truffle and burrata tortelloni, or seared tuna steak with Sicilian capers, potatoes and cherry tomatoes.
Finally, treat yourself to an indulgent dessert or two, with sweet treats like pistachio doughnuts with cacao white and pistachio cream or who can resist a homemade tiramisù?
