Now, he is gracing London with his culinary expertise through Mediterranean Grill by Assembly, as he introduces an authentic experience, spotlighting mezze with a special focus on grilled delights and enticing vegetarian creations. This culinary offering is a jubilant homage to the flavours of the eastern Mediterranean, drawing inspiration from the rich tapestry of Levantine tastes. From the grill, enjoy ox cheek with fregola, confit shallots and parsley sumac, or a spicy dish of merguez skewer - spiced lamb sausage, peppers, dibs rumman and pistachio. Small plates and mezze include roasted beetroot and blue cheese salad with red, golden, candy, Pevensey Blue and walnut salsa, and a dish of heirloom tomatoes with tuna tannato, pickled onion, capers, gherkins and herbs.
