Hollingsworth looks like a 1930s sitting room, & its walls visibly shake to thumping beats as a well-stocked bar tries to keep up with demand for cocktails, some served in teacups. Old
fashioned, the Gatsby (a vodka, pomegranate & raspberry sling) & Hollingsworth fizz strike the right period note, & a Miller’s dry martini also shapes up well. There’s beer & wine
too, & entrance is free at this weekends-only, semi-secret shindig.
I had quite the Bourne & Hollingsworth weekend. Firstly, on Friday I went to their roving bar 'The Fourth Wall'. This is a replica of their bricks and mortar establishment in Rathbone Place, which pops up in all different places. If you are on their mailing list, you are emailed a couple of days in advance of them popping up and given a clue as to its whereabouts.
