The Chancery is currently celebrating its 10 year anniversary as well as the appointment of new Executive Chef, Graham Long, previously of Michelin starred Pied a Terre. Graham Long, who is in his first head chef’s job at The Chancery, aimed high from the start, beginning his career at 18 apprenticed to Gordon Ramsay and Mark Sargeant. His next big break came in 2009 when he moved to Pied à Terre to work with Shane Osborn whom he later followed to Hong Kong to launch St Betty with restaurateur Alan Yau. Long joined Zak Jones’s Chancery in 2014.
