Champagne breakfast with smoked salmon & dill crème fraîche. Later on, the bar menu offers classics such as moules marinière, oysters or croque monsieur, while dinner continues the theme with
steaks & straightforward dishes such as roasted bone marrow with caramelised onions, salade niçoise or wild sea bass with shallot mash & Noilly Prat cream. As for dessert, think comforting
crème brûlée & Eton mess.
