Round the back of Pizza East and upstairs from Chicken Shop, Dirty
Burger is located in what looks like a corrugated-steel lean-to. ‘Queue up and sit down’ is the order of the day, and the brevity of the menu makes for speedy ordering: essentially it’s
cheeseburgers (£5.50) with triple-cooked fries or onion rings in tempura batter (both £3), plus homemade milkshakes, beers and soft drinks to wash it all down. Dirty Burger’s patties aren’t the
biggest around, but they are the real deal – made with prime beef supplied by the Ginger Pig butcher and slapped into a glazed brioche bun with pickles, salad and a mustardy mayonnaise. Early birds
can also kick-start their day with thick-cut bacon or sausage in a patty with a fried egg. A sink for washing your sticky mitts in is a nice touch.
Come out of Kentish Town tube station, turn right, walk for 6 1/2 minutes and tucked behind Pizza East in the rather unlikely setting of a car park you’ll find Dirty Burger. It’s the latest offering to burger ridden London from the Soho House Group. There’s nothing unique here but they serve burgers and everyone loves burgers don’t they! The entrance was nestled under a staircase and you’d easily not realise what was through the door. The inside was small, seating only around twenty at one large communal table in the middle with stool seats around the outside. Corrugated iron walls and a plastic roof made...

I think I’ll make this one relatively brief, like my visit to Dirty Burger. I admire the ‘how cheap can the running costs of this place be to ensure we get maximum return on this venture?’ attitude. The place has tried hard to be cool, so cool you might want to strip it of the shed it inhabits, put a tent there, throw someone a burger and mug them. Ok, it’s not quite that bad...

“I’m in a parking lot, where is this place?” Look for the shed in the corner and there you will find the burgers, welcome to the world of Dirty Burger. He says: On a casual night out with the boys, we stumbled upon a place called Dirty Burger. This was a pleasant surprise, after trying to search for a place that serves food after 8pm around Kentish Town, when our adventurous expedition to...

I went to Dirty Burger.Situated behind Pizza East, a door under stairs brings you inside this restaurant.I really like the decoration, remind me my grandfather warehouse at the back of the garden but instead of tools on a table there is ketchup, salt, peppers, burgers and fries. The menu there is quiet easy, only one choice :Cheeseburger ! which was by the way very good...

Dirty Burger has been the next burger joint on my list ever since I visited Honest Burgers. Since the burger hype has recently died down, what better time to pop-in?You’ll find Dirty Burger unlike any other typical restaurant; situated off a main road and in a tiny shack. Not to everyone’s taste but I really liked how simple and straight to the point the place is...

Occupying a small corrugated iron shack in Kentish Town round the back of Pizza East and Chicken Shop, Dirty Burger only serves one burger, the eponymous Dirty Burger...DB has been set up by global members club Soho House (who also own Pizza East and the recently opened Chicken Shop) who seem impressively quick to convert current food trends into cash cows. And, rather like they did with Pizza East, the company's tactic seems to be to open restaurants that do one thing, and do it with as much well-researched authenticity as it possibly can...

We had heard good things about Dirty Burger, a tiny shack sitting behind pizza eat in Kentish town. Its opposite an LA Fitness and all we can say is, thank God we are not members of that gym or else we know how all our workouts would end...

I haven't taken a picture of the outside of Dirty Burger. It has to be seen to be believed, and it's very important that you don't quite believe in Dirty Burger. The reality is less satisfying. It's an ideal; a dream; a craving. It's also a shack, attached to the back of Pizza East in Kentish Town. It forms one corner of the kind of car park you don't expect to see outside of a Swindon industrial park. It's artfully designed to look like a cabin in the woods, and does so very well until you walk in and everyone's got thick-rimmed glasses and their polo shirt buttons done up so tight they are struggling to...
