The snazzy Chaophraya chain has earned a reputation for delivering classy Thai food in elegant big-city settings, with smilingly attentive service keeping things up to scratch. A lengthy menu

This weekend, I decided to try Chaophraya, which is arguably the most popular Thai fine dining restaurant in the city. It’s one of those restaurants I have heard so much about but never got around to trying myself.
