About

In the heart of the city, Browns Brighton is located a short walk away from the pier, on Duke’s Street. The restaurant serves British classics from morning until night, every day of the week, ensuring that you’re able to feed your stomach and your patriotism. Browns offer brunch, bottomless brunch, Sunday roast, and the a la carte serves meals fit for both lunch and dinner.

Starting off the day, brunch offers traditional fare. Cooked breakfasts, of course, choose between a traditional, vegetarian, and a vegan option. Luxurious poached eggs, mushroom or salmon omelettes, and a selection of pancakes too. All can be accompanied by tea, coffee, or even a cocktail.

If the sound of a cocktail with brunch takes your fancy, then perhaps a good option would be the popular Browns Brighton bottomless brunch. There are two options here: unlimited Prosecco, Bloody Marys, or Bellinis, but if you’re feeling a little more exuberant and luxurious, you can upgrade to unlimited Moet. All options include a brunch meal that would definitely serve to line your stomach.

The main menu is quite surely ram-packed full of well-prepared British classics. A rich Shepherd’s Pie is a Browns staple: spinach, cherry tomatoes, peas, and onions are included to insure this is unique. Steak and Guinness pie is an appetising option, fish pie too. The restaurant also offers a selection of fine steaks. Vegetarians and vegans are also catered for with their own section, and all desserts are vegetarian friendly.

Sunday roasts at Browns Brighton are not to be missed. A choice of sirloin of beef, roast chicken with lemon, thyme, and garlic, salted pork belly, or a nut roast can be selected from. All of which are served with a selection of roast vegetables, potatoes, and braised red cabbage. Browns Brighton offers quality British dinners, made from quality British ingredients, in a quintessentially British city.
