Churrascarias are traditional Brazilian steakhouses known throughout the South American countries offering the most succulent cuts of meat prepared by skilled artisans. The style of cooking found in Churrascarias dates back to the Brazilian cowboys, who roasted skewered cuts of meat over fire pits. This is the ethos that inspired Bem Brasil Bar & Restaurant.
The team at the popular restaurant don't believe in limits, which is why it offers a unique continuous service (or Rodizio), where the meat is carved right at your table and you're able to take as much or as little as you want. There is also a buffet-style salad bar so you can accompany your meat with various sides throughout the evening.
Bem Brasil is a great place to take the whole family, or a big group of friends for a fun a lively get-together - as everyone is welcome here. The meat on offer is a succulent mix of beef, pork, chicken and lamb all prepared on skewers to carve table-side on an unlimited basis. Aside from straightforward cuts there are also traditional Brazilian sausages on offer and, for the brave, chicken hearts too.
If you’re in a mixed group dining at Bem Brasil there is a short vegetarian menu too, to allow for different dining requirements. Here you’ll find a veggie lasagne, a risotto primavera and stuffed peppers. Pescatarians meanwhile are also catered for with prawn or fish skewers, or grilled salmon. All of these options are charged outside of the regular deal but do include the unlimited salad bar.
Reflecting good value for money, the menus at Bem Brasil cost £14.95 for lunch during the week, £27.95 for a weekend of Bank Holiday midday meal, or £27.95 for an evening selection. Children under four eat for free while those under 12 cost £8.95.
There is a short list of craft cocktails too, which help things along nicely if you fancy prolonging your evening. We’re talking a mix of classic and fruity Caipirinhas.
