This delightful delicatessen comes complete with a dining area at the back, plus a takeaway counter. There’s never enough seating to accommodate the people who flock here each day, so expect to
queue at lunchtime & be prepared to share a table. It’s worth it, partly because the atmosphere & surroundings are so convivial, but largely because the food offers real value for money.
Hake fishcakes with aïoli, chorizo cooked in Welsh cider, & a gratin of celeriac, parsnip & Hafod Cheddar are typical tapas offerings, while the set menu might offer smoked goose with
organic cranberry & port chutney followed by sweet potato, chickpea & sweetcorn hotpot.
