anything from spanking-fresh sea bream fillet with shellfish marinière and crushed new potatoes to calf’s liver accompanied by a leek and potato cake, sautéed onions, watercress and red wine sauce.
For dessert, don’t miss Aitken’s signature passion fruit soufflé with passion fruit sauce.
