Those looking for something less formal than Cambio de Tercio flock down to its casual sibling Tendido Cero in droves. The tapas here is rather more traditional than across the road, with the
emphasis on staples such as exclusive jamón de bellota (£19.75 a plate) & vinegary boquerones (anchovies), although the kitchen also knocks out a few surprise packages in the form of piquillo
peppers stuffed with oxtail or mini-burgers made from ‘de luxe’ sardines. Quails marinated in sherry vinegar, tuna tartare & confit cod with tomato sauce also make a change from your usual
