Square Meal Review of Studio East ?

SquareMeal Review

Open for just three weeks until 4 July, this exclusive, short-stay pop-up is housed in a purpose-built pavilion above the Westfield Stratford City complex – at the gateway to the 2012 Olympic Park. Food comes courtesy of Bistrotheque chef Tom Collins, & is a communal feast designed to celebrate the best of the English summer. An inclusive price of £75 brings you three courses plus Patrón Tequila cocktails, wine & service: you might start with Dorset crab, endive & grapefruit, move on to poached chicken with tarragon & watercress or steamed sea bass with samphire, broad beans, peas & lemon, & round off with strawberries & shortbread. Various private dining options are also on offer in two galleried spaces with stunning views of the city’s skyline; pricing is based on a minimum spend from £2,500.
