Ping (a watermelon martini embedded with frozen fruit). Grub consists of salads, flatbreads, bruschetti and hand-made pizzas such as 'feisty feta', Bramley apple and pork sausage with bacon or cod
ceviche with labneh curd, passion-fruit sauce and basil on a focaccia base. A raucous chalet-party vibe kicks in as cool DJ dudes such as ‘Fast’ from Fun Lovin' Criminals spin tunes that encourage
dancing. The bar’s three tables are also the forum for beer-pong contests – a potentially messy drinking game.
