deer with kohlrabi rémoulade and Japanese garden salad or wild sea bass with samphire fricassee, physalis, aragula (wild rocket) and Malbec sauce to New World riffs such as a salad of octopus and
oxtail wrapped in Parma ham with papaya and purple Cherokee tomatoes reflecting chef Emerson Amélio D’Oliveira’s Brazilian roots. Desserts return to the European theme with the likes of rice
pudding or coffee and walnut parfait, while the wine list embarks on a world tour from Armenia to Australia. Lunch for private bookings only.
