with nibbles (Gower smoked salmon pâté with toasted caraway soda bread) before progressing to the likes of sea-salt chilli duck with a smoked barbecue glaze or maple mustard ham with celeriac and
apple coleslaw and toasted caraway soda bread. Main courses range from burgers with hand-cut chips through to Merrifield Farm duck breast with tomato, white bean and bacon ragù, while veggies can
dine handsomely on gussied-up cauliflower cheese (fried brie with creamed cauliflower, cumin and almond sauce) or butter-roast polenta with wild mushroom, blue cheese and barley cream. Finish with
lemon tart or sticky toffee pudding with sea-salt caramel ice cream.
