your average Joe. Saké was the flavour du jour when we last looked in – perhaps mixed with vodka and cucumber in Knightsbridge martini. There’s also a notable selection of Champagnes, while fruity
ratatouille heads the mocktail list. Chic snacking tends towards the Orient – think spring rolls and dim sum.
The Mandarin Oriental is a flash hotel. It houses flash restaurants, is visited by flash guests and has probably got some pretty flash room service going on. It is also home to the Mandarin Bar, which is, obviously, one hell of a flash bar.The Mandarin Bar is what all bars should be, dark and moody with a cocktail list that never ends.
