This latest opening from star restaurateur Alan Yau follows the same formula as the popular Soho original. The format is simple yet stylish: sleek surroundings using lots of bamboo, shared tables
with bench seating & a menu on which most items cost around a fiver. Highlights include big bowls of barbecue duck noodle soup, seafood ho-fun (scallop, prawn & squid stir-fried with flat
noodles in black-bean sauce), plump chicken dumplings with garlic-chilli sauce, & Yau’s favourite, Singapore fried noodles. Full review coming soon.
