grilled salmon and vegetable lasagne, while evening meals are fleshed out with antipasti platters and more ambitious ideas – the pan-fried sea bass with zingy salsa verde is recommended. Monmouth
coffees, Kandula teas, juices and soft drinks provide liquid refreshment.
