without a twist) as well as some creative contemporary offerings. Try the rich vanilla and passion fruit flavours of a porn-star martini with a shot glass of Champagne on the side, or a mandarin
spritz with mandarin purée and Prosecco, saved from ice-lolly sweetness by the moreish, understated bitterness of Aperol. Food-wise, a short tapas menu brings anything from salted Marcona almonds
for nibbling to lamb samosas with raita or tasting platters of serrano ham, chorizo and salchichón. Bonds is agreeably buzzy, but it's not the sort of bar where you need to shout – the music is
upbeat but not overpowering.
