After a hard day at the office or an intensive shopping workout, Aqua Spirit’s circular Blade Runner-esque bar is a useful docking station for batteries in need of a recharge – Veuve Clicquot
Champagne at £14.50 per flute takes care of that. Secure a perch in one of the kimono silk-lined booths and order cocktails inspired by Japan and Spain (the gastronomic reference points for Aqua’s

hottie worth considering. However, Aqua Spirit’s real draw is its one-off wraparound terrace and rooftop alfresco bar: expect throngs on warm summer evenings.
