The bespoke menu available in the Ritz Room has been curated by executive chef John Williams MBE and showcases the best of modern European cooking, using only the highest quality ingredients. You can choose between the five or seven course Epicurean tasting menus, which must be selected in advance. The courses change frequently according to what produce is in season but can include dishes like ballotine of duck liver with sour cherry and pistachio, Dorset crab with almond and grape, and apple marigold with vanilla, all of which are on the five-course menu. The seven-course experience can feature dishes such as Cornish turbot ‘Veronique’, Anjou pigeon, and hazelnut with milk chocolate and salted caramel to finish.
