Located on the prestigious Jermyn Street, Mayfair Conference & Events offers five unique, eco-friendly spaces for all manner of private dining occasions, from personal celebrations such as birthday dinners to corporate affairs such as business lunches.
The St James’s Suite is its principle first-floor space and one of the largest rooms available for private hire. With a capacity of up to 100 standing guests, or 70 seated, it is well suited to large private dinners and benefits from lots of natural daylight, complimentary WiFi and access to an adjacent lounge for pre or post-dinner drinks.
The Piccadilly & Burlington Suites have capacity for up to 60 seated guests when booked in conjunction with one another. With crisp white walls and a neutral colour palette, these spaces offer something of a blank canvas and can be decorated to reflect your individual taste. The two suites are handily connected, meaning you could use the slightly smaller Burlington Suite for pre-dinner drinks, before moving through to the Piccadilly suite for your private meal.
The final two private dining rooms at Mayfair Lounge and Grill, the Jermyn Suite and the Pall Mall Suite, are best suited to corporate functions such as business lunches or boardroom meetings. The Jermyn Suite can welcome up to 12 guests and comes complete with full WiFi connectivity and an integral projection screen, while the Pall Mall Suite can welcome 15 guests, with a range of seating arrangements available.
Choose from a diverse range of menus including canapes, bowl food, working lunches, buffets and set menus. All its dishes are made from 100% sustainable sources which support British farms and local producers, while ensuring ingredients are as seasonal as possible. Its private dining offering, for example, includes a range of three-course menus with dishes such as ham hock and black pudding terrine with piccadilly vegetables, croute, apple and nasturtium, and hake with fennel salad, crushed potatoes, onion bhaji and cauliflower.
