The Truffle Pig, a travelling pop-up restaurant in search of a permanent home, will launch a series of pop-ups in different premises. First up is The Queens Head in Brandeston, Suffolk, on 29-30 January.
Run by experienced hands David and Susanne Williams, who have experience in hotels and restaurants, including Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons, and Nottingham's Lace Market Hotel, The Truffle Pig hopes to capitalise on Suffolk's produce - and the inhabitants' appreciation of it.
Lunch will be served from 12-2.30pm, dinner from 6.30-9.30pm. Booking is essential.
