Hakkasan Mayfair: A second site for the ultra-cool Chinese, which will be located on Bruton Street in Mayfair. Due to open 18 November.
Pollen Street Social: The first solo venture from former Maze chef Jason Atherton (pictured right) promises a more informal vibe, with larger plates of seasonal modern British food replacing the international tapas he has become known for. Due to open February 2011.
Pollen Street: Not to be confused with Jason Atherton's new venture (see above), this new Italian comes courtesty of a partner in the nearby, ultra-trendy Maddox Club, so expect some flashy interiors to complement the north Italian cuisine. Due to open February 2011.
Savoy Grill at The Savoy: The long-awaited return of the Gordon Ramsay-run Grill. Due to reopen on the same day as the hotel, 29 November. Expect grand, classic French food.
St John Hotel: The team behind Smithfield institution St John has taken over a Leicester Square hotel. Details are sketchy, but expect the same first-class, pared-down, offal-based British food. Due to open 1 December.
