Lettice - Caterer's Corner - Stacked_cold_bowls.jpgKnown for its innovative design and presentation, Lettice is particularly famed for its stacked food installations and striking LED canapé trays. Its role call of clients includes the Brit Awards, Porsche and Stella McCartney, so the company certainly moves in the right circles.

Bloomsbury Marquee - 0906_Bloomsbury_Marquee_Lettice_Catering_(1).jpgThe company doesn’t tie itself to a particular style of food either. Its recent acquisition of a portable tandoor oven has, for instance, opened up numerous new possibilities. 'You can cook so much more than Indian food in a tandoor', says Congdon. 'Its great for all sorts' particularly South American and gaucho-style dishes.'

This may saw the launch of door-to-door service Lettice Deliver.
