L'Atelier des chefs

We’ve always been keen cooks at V&E, so when we found out that Wigmore Street cookery school L’atelier des Chefs, was offering £15 lunchtime Cook, Eat & Run classes, we were only too happy to hotfoot it down and try it out. The lunch-hour course is perfect for beginners. In 20 minutes, each member of our 24-strong group successfully produced a tasty pan-fried mackerel and Asian noodle salad, easy to replicate at home with the supplied recipe. While the lunchtime course is ideal for groups in a hurry, the venue can beef up the experience for parties of up to 160, making the most of the second teaching kitchen and tasting area. Competitive teambuilding packages can be designed for groups wanting to develop communication skills and a manner of add-ons are also available, ranging from wine tasting in the venue’s private dining room, to Champagne and canapé receptions before the event.
