As the name suggests, Royal Horseguard Hotel’s Tower Suite is set at the top of the building in a turret that’s only accessible by a staircase in the suite. The room itself is a design masterpiece: double-height ceilings, specially commissioned teardrop lights and azure glass wall mounts that complement the reflection of the river outside, but it’s the view that grabs your attention. Tracking the course of the Thames, clear sight lines stretch from Battersea Power Station all the way to Docklands, by way of the City and South Bank. It’s a panorama that only gets better as the sun goes down and the city comes to life. Elemis toiletries come as standard in the bathroom, along with a wall-mounted TV and Jacuzzi bath.
