Fall head over heels for a Caorunn Celtic heart

With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, Caorunn gin has created the perfect cocktail to sweeten up your sweetheart or indulge in as you raise a glass in celebration of being single. At the centre of this delicious cocktail is Caorunn, a balanced, super-premium Scottish gin which is infused with hand-picked botanicals such as rowan berry and Coul Blush apple, which delivers a delicious aromatic edge to this luxurious cocktail.

To make the Caorunn Celtic Heart you’ll need the following ingredients:

• 25ml Caorunn gin

• 25ml pink wine port

• 5ml sugar syrup

• Fentimans tonic water

•Rosebuds to garnish

Shake the ingredients in a mixing glass, then double strain the mixture into a Champagne flute. Top the drink with tonic water and garnish it with red rosebuds, then toast to St Valentine’s Day with your Celtic Heart.
